Scrambled Eggs with Black Truffle Carpaccio & Truffle Sea Salt

If you're looking for the fluffiest scrambled eggs rich in delicious truffle flavor, look no further!

Makes 2 servings



  1. Heat the butter in a skillet on medium low or medium.
  2. Beat the eggs with a fork and add the Truffle salt and pepper (about 1/8 teaspoon of each, more or less as desired).
  3. Pour in the milk or water with the eggs, and mix again until blended, about 60 seconds
  4. When the skillet is thoroughly heated, pour the eggs into the skillet. Keep the heat on medium low.
  5. With a wooden spatula, begin moving the outer edges of the eggs towards the center as they cook. Continue doing so until all parts of the liquid become cooked. 
  6. Turn off the heat when the eggs are cooked 90%. Continue to move the eggs around with a spatula
  7. Serve immediately with a topping of Crown Truffle Carpaccio and some cheese.
