Pan-Seared Truffle Salmon

Pan-seared salmon is one of the simplest and quickest meals you can make for lunch or dinner. With our Black Tartufata, Black Truffle Carpaccio and Truffle Sea Salt, your salmon will have added flavor that will amaze your taste buds!

  1. Heat up the tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with the truffle salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place the salmon fillets, with the skin side up, in the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes without touching, or until a golden-brown crust forms.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 5-6 minutes or until the fish easily flakes.
  4. Remove the salmon from the pan. Add the butter to the pan and melt.
  5. Add the garlic and Black Tartufata sauce to the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir in the lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Put the salmon back in the skillet. Cover the salmon in the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle parsley (optional) over the salmon, and serve with a side salad or vegetables.
