Banana Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream with Truffle Jam

Making your own creamy, healthy ice cream has never been easier! With ingredients that you most likely already have at home, just add our fruity Truffle Jam and hot fudge to top, and experience a totally new delicious flavor combo!

Makes 2 Servings

  • 3 large frozen, overripe bananas
  • Milk of your choice (we like almond milk!)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Truffle Jam for topping (Strawberry, Apricot, Raspberry, or all 3!)
  • Melted chocolate fudge for topping

  1. Make sure to find bananas that are turning brown, this gives them added sweetness for your ice cream.
  2. Peel and cut into large pieces and then freeze the bananas in a ziplock bag or airtight container. You can freeze a large bunch of overripe bananas so you'll always have them ready to make yummy ice cream!
  3. Put 3 large frozen bananas into a blender or food processor, adding just a pinch of salt and 2-4 tbsp milk of choice to help it blend more smoothly. Blend until you get a nice soft-serve ice cream texture.
  4. Top with melted chocolate fudge (amount of your choice) and some Truffle Jam.
  5. If you would like to save your ice cream for later, store it in an airtight and freeze. When you're ready to eat, scoop out with an ice cream scooper.
